Kurz das Wesentliche:

Das Komitee für Öffentliche Verwaltung empfahl und der Senat in Rumänien beschloss, dass Straßenhunde zu kastrieren und wieder auszusetzen sind.

Auf Druck der Partei PD-L soll diese Regelung jetzt in der Abgeordnetenkammer, hier hat die PD-L die Mehrheit, geändert werden in Töten oder Kastrieren, wobei die Entscheidung hierüber der jeweilige Bürgermeister trifft.

Das wird zum bisher praktizierten Catch-and-Kill führen, denn:
- Hunde fangen und töten ist ein großes, profitables Geschäft für die Städte und die beauftragten “Geschäftsleute”.
- Bisher wurden zweistellige Millionenbeträge an Steuergeldern dafür ausgegeben.
- Hunderttausende Hunde wurden – teilweise bestialisch, Bilder anbei – gefangen und getötet, ohne dass die Hundepopulation dauerhaft abnahm.

DESHALB: Der zivilisierte und mit EU-Recht konforme Beschluß “kastrieren und freilassen” muss bestehen bleiben.

Die rumänische Parlament tagt über “kastrieren und freilassen” oder “fangen und töten” am Montag, 07.03.2011, Abstimmung ist am Dienstag.

Caini torturati, batuti, omorati, cai batuti pana la mutilare in strada si targuri, cadavre pe marginea trotoarelor, lagarele de exterminare ale primariilor – acestea sunt imaginile ce caracterizeaza Romania dvs. atunci cand se vorbeste de animale.

Romania este bine cunoscuta in intreaga Europa prin cruzimile aplicate animalelor si in special cainilor comunitari. Sute de mii de caini au fost omorati in intreaga Romanie cheltuindu-se zeci de milioane de Euro.

Daca uciderea ar fi fost o solutie atunci populatia canina comunitara ar fi fost demult eliminata de pe strazile Romaniei. Rezultatul campaniilor de exterminare este ZERO. Si vreti din nou sa introduceti aceste amndamente CRIMINALE!!!!!

Programele de PRINDERE SI UCIDERE au devenit una dintre cele mai mari afaceri ale primariilor din ROMANIA si a personalului implicat in gestionarea cainilor comunitari. Profituri usoare din omorarea cainilor: “AFACEREA CAINII STRAZII”.

Problema surplusului de caini trebuie sa fie rezolvata logic intr-un mod civilizat si eficient. Controlul reproductiei, combinat cu educatia in sensul responsabilizarii detinatorilor de caini, este singura solutie practica: Sterilizarea gratuita si Returnarea tuturor cainilor, cu sau fara stapan, in teritoriu si respectiv catre stapan. Sterilizarea si Returnarea este SINGURA solutie practica, ieftina si permanenta.

Autoritatile romane nu vor obtine nimic atata timp cat se vor adresa doar simptomelor si nu cauzelor problemei.

Va cerem sa votati proiectul legislativ nr. 912 prin STERILIZARE SI RETURNARE a tuturor cainilor si pisicilor cu si fara stapan!
